Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all paid subscription plans for Fluxboard AI, a product of Blixity, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

We want you to be satisfied with the Service. If for any reason you are not, this policy outlines your options for cancellation and the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

2. Subscription Plans

Fluxboard AI offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Free: No charge. Includes limited credits and features with no billing commitment.
  • Starter: Billed monthly or annually. Designed for individual creators.
  • Pro: Billed monthly or annually. Designed for professional creators and small teams.
  • Business: Billed monthly or annually. Designed for teams and organizations with advanced workflow and collaboration needs.

All paid plans are prepaid and auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through any of the following methods:

  • Account Settings: Navigate to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Plan in your Fluxboard AI dashboard.
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to billing@fluxboard.ai from the email address associated with your account.
  • Support: Contact our support team through the in-app chat or at support@fluxboard.ai.

We do not require phone calls, long hold times, or multi-step retention flows to cancel. Cancellation can be completed in a single action.

4. What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • You retain full access to all paid features and your remaining credits until your subscription expires.
  • After expiration, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan. You will retain access to your content library, but generation credits and premium features will be limited to Free plan levels.
  • Your generated content and assets remain stored for 90 days after downgrade. After 90 days, content exceeding Free plan storage limits may be deleted. We recommend exporting important assets before cancellation.
  • Any connected social media accounts, scheduled automations, and active workflows will be paused upon downgrade. They can be resumed if you resubscribe.

5. Refund Policy - Monthly Plans

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Because each billing cycle provides immediate access to credits and features, partial-month refunds are not available for voluntary cancellation.

Exceptions: A full refund for the current billing period may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • First-time subscribers: If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid subscription and have used fewer than 10% of your monthly credit allocation, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly, charged after cancellation, or charged a different amount than displayed at checkout.
  • Extended service outage: If the Service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during your billing period due to issues on our end.

6. Refund Policy - Annual Plans

Annual plans are billed upfront for the entire year at a discounted rate.

  • Within 14 days: If you cancel within 14 days of purchase or renewal and have used fewer than 10% of your monthly credit allocation in any month, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • After 14 days: Refunds for annual plans after the 14-day window are not available. However, your subscription remains active for the remainder of the annual term, and you will continue to have full access to all paid features until the term ends.
  • Billing errors: Billing errors and extended outages are handled the same as monthly plans, regardless of when they occur in the annual term.

7. Credit Purchases and Add-ons

One-time credit purchases and add-on packages are non-refundable once purchased, as credits are delivered instantly to your account. Unused credits from one-time purchases do not expire and remain available regardless of your subscription status.

If you believe a credit purchase was made in error or without your authorization, contact us within 48 hours at billing@fluxboard.ai for review.

8. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

  • Upgrades: When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan mid-cycle, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. The new plan takes effect immediately.
  • Downgrades: When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period. You retain access to higher-tier features until then. No partial refund is issued for the current period.
  • Switching from annual to monthly: If you switch from an annual plan to a monthly plan, the change takes effect at the end of your annual term. No prorated refund is issued for the remaining annual period.

9. Terminated Accounts

If your account is terminated by us due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund of any prepaid subscription fees. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that engage in prohibited activities without prior notice.

If you believe your account was terminated in error, you may appeal by contacting support@fluxboard.ai within 30 days of termination. Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

10. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Email billing@fluxboard.ai with the subject line "Refund Request".
  • Include your account email address, the date of the charge, and the reason for your refund request.
  • If applicable, include any relevant screenshots or transaction IDs from your payment provider.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

11. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically convert to the selected paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

We will send a reminder email before your trial expires. If you are charged after a trial and did not intend to subscribe, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

12. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a billing concern, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at billing@fluxboard.ai before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to permanent account termination.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated policy on our website and, where appropriate, by email. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when this policy was last revised.

Changes do not apply retroactively and will not affect refund eligibility for charges made before the change.
